Case Study: Modular Teacher & Administration Office Building for Ningbo Technical School

Project Overview

Completed in June 2024 at Ningbo Technical School, this project is a modular office building built for teachers and school administrators. Taking standardized packing boxes as the core carrier, we quickly built a modern campus office space integrating teacher offices, administrative offices and logistics supporting facilities, perfectly meeting the school's daily teaching management and administrative office needs, and realizing the efficient application of modular buildings in the education scenario.

✅ Transparent Glass Curtain Wall Design: Large-area panoramic glass curtain wall, maximizing natural lighting, making the office space bright and transparent, while creating a simple and modern campus building image, perfectly integrating with the campus environment

✅ High-Standard Detailed Configuration: Equipped with complete restrooms, washbasins, mirrors and other logistics facilities, with excellent sound insulation and heat insulation performance, creating a comfortable and convenient office environment for faculty and staff

✅ Safe, Durable and Environmentally Friendly: Adopting reinforced structure and environmentally friendly building materials, complying with campus building safety standards; modular container houses can be disassembled and reused, greatly reducing construction costs compared with traditional civil construction, practicing the concept of green campus
