Modular Teaching & Administration Building, Ningbo Technician College

Completed in September 2025 at Ningbo Technician College, this project is a modular teaching and administration building complex built for the Mechanical Engineering Department. Adopting prefabricated packing box rapid construction, the project scientifically plans full-functional spaces for teaching and office, with modern and transparent appearance, safe, environmentally friendly and reusable, providing an efficient and low-cost campus space solution for vocational colleges.

Project Overview

Completed in September 2025 at Ningbo Technician College, this project is a modular teaching and administration building complex built for the Mechanical Engineering Department. Taking prefabricated packing boxes as the core building carrier, we quickly built a modern campus space integrating teaching, training and administrative office, perfectly meeting the teaching and management needs of the vocational college, and realizing the efficient and green application of modular buildings in the education scenario.

✅ Prefabricated Rapid Construction: Adopting standardized modular packing box structure, with factory prefabrication and on-site rapid assembly, greatly shortening the construction period, without affecting the normal teaching order of the college, and delivering for use quickly

✅ Safe, Durable and Environmentally Friendly: Adopting reinforced structure and environmentally friendly building materials, complying with campus building safety standards; modular container houses can be disassembled and reused, greatly reducing construction costs compared with traditional civil construction, practicing the concept of green campus
